Students are to reach the school at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of each day. The school does not provide a school bus facility. Parents are required to make their own arrangements for the transportation of their wards to and from the school.

The principal receives visitors on all working days between 11.30 a.m. to 1.00 a.m. in summer and between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 noon in winter, also on appointments except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
No school business will be transacted on holidays and after school hours.
